You are only steps away from the famous Jalan Legian (Legian Road) with its hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars. The famous Legian and Kuta beach’s are only 900 meters away making the Villa Asih an absolute unique sparkling jewel in the middle of the pulsating life of Kuta.

The Villa Asih sets amidst a lush tropical garden with a beautiful pool, has 5 (+1) bedrooms, can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children. It is suitable for a single family or a group of travelers who not only wish to enjoy the total privacy of a luxury villa but also want the opportunity to experience the exuberant lifestyle of Kuta at any time, without the need to travel with bike or car.

Directly after the entrance is the villa’s office outfitted with a beautiful carved desk and cabinet, equipped with computer and printer. Free Internet access is also provided. Traditional paintings adorn the office walls combined with the pleasant view of the garden makes any kind of office work a pleasure.

Walking inside the premises you will first see the huge double garage (separate building) housing an exclusive restored open Toyota Land cruiser. This car can be rented on a daily basis for a small fee and is perfectly suited for exploring the beautiful island of Bali. Situated over the garage is one bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. This bedroom is complete with air conditioning.

To your right stretches the gorgeous tropical garden with a swimming pool and tea house in the rear. Lounge chairs beside the pool invite you to relax and take a sun bath. If the sun gets too hot, you can stroll to the tea house to sit in wonderful comfortable armchairs. There you can enjoy a cool drink and let your eyes wander over the water pond with its small waterfalls, giving you additional relaxation

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you find yourself in an expansive 80m2 sized living/ dining area with marble flooring, beautiful designed wood ceilings, complimented with modern and comfortable furniture of highest quality. A selection of traditional original paintings from famous Balinese painters decorate the walls. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is attached outside the living area.

Also on the ground floor is one of two master bedrooms. This huge bedroom has an entrance from the living area as well a separate entrance from the pool. Another door is located at the rear with a view to the beautiful designed water pond. An A/C provides additional relief from the balmy warmth and humidity inside your Bali villa accommodation. The in-suite bathroom is equipped with a free standing marble bathtub and marble sink. The open 3-sided view from the bathroom to the pool and garden makes each use a special occasion.

Also on this floor is a smaller bedroom (bathroom a few meters distance) with a double bed, ideal for teens.

Walk up the magnificent handcrafted wooden staircase to the first floor. On the way up you can again see original paintings from Balinese painters. From the large hall upstairs you enter the expansive open-air living area. Catch the cooling east-west breezes while wide overhanging eaves ward off the tropical sun when relaxing to the sounds of a tropical evening sitting on real leather upholstered armchairs. The whole living area is surrounded by exclusive Balinese wood carvings. The 6m high wooden ceiling is equipped with hundreds of small lights which are dimmer controlled for you to set your own mood while you relax watching TV or DVD on the large LCD screen.

Leave the open living area and stroll back to the hall. From here you have access to the second master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Here, as well, you have a beautiful open roof with innumerable lights, giving you the feeling of sleeping under a wonderful starry sky. The attached in-suite bath room is built in old roman style completely covered with honey colored marble.

Two more bedrooms with queen sized beds complete the 1st floor of the villa. These two bedrooms share one common bathroom.
