Guests enter Villa Mana via an entrance bridge, which leads into a reception area, open-air living and dining areas and pool deck. The sprawling 13,500 m2 cliff-top 5-star estate of Karang Putih is surrounded by a swath of green foliage and blooming tropical flowers, set amidst a backdrop of the stunning blue Indian Ocean of Uluwatu. A truly modern luxury home in architecture and design, Karang Putih is located only 18 kilometers from Ngurah Rai International Airport, and within 20 minutes drives from an international standard golf course.

The property itself features a wide variety of services and entertainment options, including, lawn tennis, lawn boules, a putting green, and a private grass tennis court. Nearby you can also engage in surfing, water skiing, reef fishing & big game fishing. Just below the villa estate a winding road will take you to a pristine white sand beach where the owners have built a private beach club for use by guests. The club is perfect for barbeques by the beach and afternoon swims. One of the most unique aspects of this villa is that it boasts its own licensed helicopter pad serviced by Air Bali. Airport transfer from the airport via helicopter is available.

The main estate is comprised of three buildings: the main house, the pool house, and the private guest house. Two swimming pools, 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, mature tropical gardens, and a breathtaking view are the main highlights of this property. High ceilings and generous proportions of the rooms create the feeling of endless space, accented by the open nature of the structures and the resulting abundance of natural light. All of the rooms and corridors are exquisitely decorated with beautiful & rare antiques from the Asian region.

Drive to Porte Chasseur, where the huge main structure is entered through massive double doors leading into a breathtaking black-walled entrance hall adorned with antiques and
artwork from a variety of countries in the Asian region, particularly China. An oversized Buddha greets you, and behind its red and black Chinese wardrobe backdrop, you enter the open living space which overlooks the expanse of the grounds and the water.

An additional open-air shower, overflowing tropical potted plants, and old sketches of boats are added highlights. The toilet is situated in a separate room. The spacious bedroom verandah of dark gray terracotta connects to the rest of the first floor, and stretches east all the way to the opposite side of the villa where the incorporated open-air dining and formal sitting area are located. Stunning sunset views provide the ideal ambiance for friendly dinners with friends and family, or for a romantic meal for two. A standing Chinese screen offers added privacy to the large dining room table that can seat up to 20 people. Traditional Balinese limestone carvings of deities stand watch.

Hip with black and white checkered tiles, the fully equipped open European kitchen and walk-in pantry sit off to one side of the dining area. A breakfast bar offers an additional dining area for a casual meal. The house chef can cook up whatever you can dream up; all you have to do is ask. An eastern doorway from the kitchen leads to the staff quarters and laundry room.

To the opposite side of the kitchen is yet another relaxed sitting area. Here you will find the only entertainment system in the house, complete with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. The shelves surrounding the entertainment system are filled with antique pottery from a variety of countries. A small hallway leads from the TV room to a rich red powder room. An elaborate Asian collage covers the door, and a Thai elephant walks the walls.

Next to this guest bathroom is the third bedroom. Ideal for children, it is fitted with twin beds and gentle sky blue walls. Playful finger paintings hang behind the beds, while colorful Bali boat kites adorn the standing wardrobe, which is filled with toys. The ensuite bathroom with shower is partially open air, as tall vertical windows open up to a walled-in rock garden. Pastel paintings of tropical birds bring the room to life. If desired, babysitters can be provided by the staff.

A grand sweeping staircase guarded by Singapore lion sculptures leads you out of the main house to the landscaped garden. A pathway leads through the cascading bougainvillea to the pool house. The pool house, situated right by the cliff edge, boasts kitchen facilities and a large open sitting area complete with a Teppanyaki table that seats eight. This tropical sitting area is lined with cushioned benches, which overlook the 17- meter salt water terrazzo swimming pool. A small raised sitting area offers the ideal location from which to gaze over the Indian Ocean to Nusa Lembongan, the neighboring island, or to observe the local fisherman and seaweed farmers below.

A large bedroom is connected to the sitting area. Bright yellow walls add to the modern tropical feel, as a dreamy blue painting of a boat adorns the wall. Mirrors to either side of the painting open up the room, furnished with a standing white rattan wardrobe and bedside table. The ensuite bathroom is done in blue with bamboo and terrazzo features. A Balinese carving forms the shower spout. A second doorway leads out to the sitting area, allowing this bathroom to double as a guest bath.

To the opposite side of the estate is the third structure of the villa. Sequestered in its own private space with draping gardens shaded by stoic tropical trees is the Guest House,
complete with a private driveway. It functions as a fully self contained unit, compete with its own 6-meter swimming pool. A wooden balcony and alang-alang roof give this house a slightly more traditional feel, whilst up keeping the modern upbeat of the main house. An outdoor sitting area with umbrella gives a quaint beach feel. Sliding glass doors lead into the first bedroom, painted in a bright yellow. Two single beds complete with striped yellow and white linens are back dropped by two shell paintings. A standing white wardrobe and dresser furnish the room, and thin vertical shelves decorated with vases, shells, and photos complete the homey feel. A bright foliage painting on the wall brings to life the ensuite open-air bathroom, complete with shower and beige terracotta features

The second matching bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house. Modern green floral paintings add an enlivening splash of color to compliment the crisp linens of the king-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom features a large gray terracotta bathtub, and a vase featuring a collage of butterflies to match the lamps in the connecting bedroom.

The center of the guesthouse is dedicated to a large hallway and sitting area decorated with prized antiques and artwork drawing primarily from Indonesia. A small kitchen sits to the side, complete with a refrigerator and stove top cooking area

The formal Balinese architecture makes use of local materials, such as white Palimanan stone, teak wood and limestone, together with alang alang grass for the thatched roofs. The pavilions surrounding the main residence are modelled on the conventional Balinese ‘Wantilan’ (village meeting place), but the self-contained guest area, comprising the Bale Bundar and two rotunda gazebo bedrooms with thatched conical roofs, has an African influence.

Location

Bayuh Sabbha is situated on the Bukit Peninsula, fifty metres above sea level on the cliffs that overhang Bingin beach, the property commands heart-stopping, spectacular views of the ocean and the southern regions of Bali. The location is 30 minutes from the International Airport, 20 minutes from the restaurants and 5 star hotels of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua, and 45 minutes from the Seminyak / Oberoi area. With beach access, tennis courts, a full gym, and 2 swimming pools, many guests at the villa find they have no need to leave the environs. Nevertheless, a car and driver is available for your use during your stay.

Accommodation

The layout of the property utilises and divides space, maximising the cliff top frontage. A group of fifteen people could stay at the villa and still lose each other in its depths. The staff quarters, laundry, and the fully equipped kitchen are located at the back, leaving every room to enjoy the wonderful ocean view. Approached via a 600-metre cobbled pathway, visitors are greeted by a pair of antique doors set within a traditional Balinese gateway constructed of limestone and Bengkirai (Ironwood). Stepping stones wend across a beautiful water court; a lotus pond ablaze with pink and white blossoms. Tiny islands support sweet-scented frangipani trees punctuated by the distinctive pattern of lily pads; while gentle ripples originate from a soothing fountain beside clusters of noble bulrushes.

Facilities

The estate is completed with recreation facilities, which include a glass encompassed, self contained home-gym fully equipped with treadmills, a rowing machine and much more. An exciting children’s playground lies to one side, and the floodlit tennis court is situated near the main entrance to the property.

Villa Casis is a privately owned luxury villa situated in the peaceful area of Sanur. Well known for its quiet, palm-lined beaches, fine restaurants and shopping, Sanur is the perfect area to experience the ’’real Bali’’. Built on 800sqm and only a 200 metre stroll to the beach, this prestigious property offers a new level of luxury to private villas. Villa Casis comprises of six air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom en-suite.

Tastefully designed and decorated, the rooms fuse modern with antique furnishings, wood parquet floors, artwork and safety deposit boxes. There are three bedrooms downstairs which feature semi open-air bathrooms with large terrazzo bathtubs. The three bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. Each bedroom features large glass sliding doors which open to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Should you only require two or three bedrooms, we can offer a reduced rate.

The western designed kitchen is fully equipped with adjoining dining room which seats twelve people. The surrounding glass doors offer views to the entire villa and outside is a feature wall with cascading water allowing a perfect sense of tranquility. Choose from a selection of European or Indonesian cuisine from the villa menu, there are nine fully trained staff including security to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Located upstairs is a spacious air-conditioned library with plasma television, cable television, DVD player and BOSE surround sound system with a 1200 title movie library. The library hosts the villas computer with internet an email access. Comfortable sofas make this the perfect room for relaxation.

The swimming pool (7 x 10 metres) is located in the middle of the property, allowing one to cool down from Bali’s warm climate. Villa Casis also offers private in-villa spa treatments.

General Description

Entering the villa, the covered parking area on the ground floor accommodates largely 3 cars set along with the storage and technical room such as the generator room. Stepping up, in addition to the staff quarter, the first floor is dedicated to the recreational area featuring luxurious amenities including gym, soothing massage room, Jacuzzi and even a wine cellar. The living area is situated on the second and third floor; all the rooms are offering an amazing sea view.The generous space of the second stair encompasses 5 air conditioned bedrooms equally in size individually perfectly decorated and well equipped with Satellite LCD TV and wireless internet access and a large media room equipped with up to date materials and equipment.

On the west side, Sumba bedroom is featuring a walking dressing and an amazing bathroom including a bath tub, 2 basins, a shower and a separate toilet decorated with alternatively rough and polish onyx. The bedroom itself is featuring Sumba style king size bed, furniture and decoration. More in the center, Sumatra bedroom is featuring a hidden balcony equipped with a natural stone bath tap, a close bathroom including a metal stylish basin, a toilet and lava stone shower. In addition to the walking dressing the large bedroom is decorated with Sumatra style fixture and furniture. Further, there are two twin bedrooms called East and West Java sharing a living area facing the garden. Each bedroom nicely decorated in a Javanese style features walking dressing, bathroom including a basin, a large shower and separate toilet.

The east part of the villa is composed with a media room equipped with a 52 LCD TV screen and a professional cinema sound system. All the material and furniture have been designed for the comfort, vision and high quality of sound. Further and close to the pond and the fountain, Lombok bedroom is a large bedroom featuring a king size bed and Lombok style furniture and decoration, a bathroom including bath tub, two basins, shower, separate toilet and a generous walking dressing.

All these rooms are connected by a classy extensive corridor. The gardens, the selected artworks combined with the lighting and the high pillar of the building along the corridor give a perfect fusion of luxury and serenity. The upper level has even more to offer. This area comes with the open air living and the Balinese bale where the best view of the sea and the surrounding area could be enjoyed with the main pool stretched in front of the living, offering a relaxing ambience with the integrated Bose sound system and the numerous day beds sofas and armchairs.

Opulent, the master bedroom called Bali is ideally situated on this level including an office library, a large bedroom with Balinese style king size bed, furniture and decoration an en-suited bathroom including two basins, bath tap, shower, separate toilet, a large walking dressing and a plunge pool accessible from the bathroom and facing the Indian ocean. Fully equipped, the sleek kitchen is set in adjacent to the air conditioned dinning room with a 4 meters dinning table made with one piece of massive wood available for at least 12 guests.

Service

At your full service, the villa manager is organizing a dedicated staff including one cook, four house keepers, two gardeners, one maintenance/pool attendant and five security guards to provide a high level service in line with the quality and the beauty of this unique villa.

Villa Shalimar is the perfect location for parties, weddings and other larger events, but also for a relaxing and overwhelming luxurious holiday stay for larger groups. Shalimar, which means nest of love, comprises the 6 bedroom villa KALIMA, the 4 bedroom villa MAKANDA, and the 2 bedroom CANTIK. You may rent any one of the villas on a individual basis or you may choose a combination or large groups may wish to rent the whole complex with its total of 12 bedrooms, accommodating twenty four guests.

Located on the beach of Pantai Seseh; Shalimar has an astonishing view over the surrounding rice fields and the ocean. This large and luxurious complex offers three individual homes with 6, 4, and 2 bedrooms directly on the beach. A name and location never to forget.

Room

Each home consists of the main house with a large open lounge area connected to the kitchen and the open wooden veranda in the front that leads directly to the pool. The house is 2 storey’s high and it has got an excellent all-around view over the rice paddies in the back and frontal ocean front in the front.
