Each of Villa Atacaya’s five bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a maximum of two guests per room. The villa’s nightly tariff represents the cost per night for a party of no more than ten guests.

East Residence and Spa comprises a main, two-storey building and a one-bedroom Rainforest Cottage resting among the gardens. Completed in 2008, the property is in immaculate condition; its facilities and appliances gleamingly new. With whitewashed walls, natural breezes and plenty of sunlight streaming in, a light and airy ambience prevails.

The heart of this home away from home is the open plan living-dining room which leads to two adjoining kitchens, a TV room, office and two guest washrooms. A solid wood staircase rises to the upper floor and four of the villa’s five ensuite bedrooms.

The living-dining room extends out to the infinity-edge pool and deck area, where stone steps cut through three terraces of exquisite gardens, leading down to the Balinese open-air lounge pavilion (Open Living), the spa and three thatched balés.

The villa compound is reached by a driveway with garage (maximum parking four cars) and staff quarters on the right-hand side. • Manager Agung Yudana Putra, known as Raka, is in charge of overall villa operations and staffing. Raka is on call to meet individual expectations and preferences and generally welcomes guests at the airport or villa.

Chef

• Made (pronounced Mar-day) is in charge of the market shopping and preparation of guest meals. She is highly proficient in cooking a wide selection of Indonesian and international meals.

Two housekeepers

• Both housekeepers are fully trained and are responsible for housekeeping, laundry and helping in the kitchen at mealtimes. They are on-hand to cater to guests’ needs throughout the day.

Three gardeners

• The gardening team tend the grounds daily and are responsible for maintenance of the swimming pool and deck area.

Three security guards

• The property’s security is maintained 24 hours a day with three guards on rotating shifts. CCTVs are also in operation.

Two spa therapists

• Fully trained to international standards, two off-site therapists are on-call during the day (with a minimum of one hour’s notice) to provide a selection of spa treatments. Appointments are arranged via the manager.

The Villa

The villa consists of three buildings, combining traditional Balinese features with modern comfort. It is a combination of polished wood, comfortable, stylish furnishing and beautiful fabrics. All is designed around open plan areas with carved and traditional artifacts scattered around welcoming terraces and cool, green gardens.

The main house  has several living zones, with wonderful, cushioned lounges for relaxation and an impressive dining room with a table which can seat ten people easily, as well as an outdoor, covered dining area. The living and dining areas are nestled into lush grounds and gardens, peppered with examples of local arts and crafts, close to a lotus pond and overlooking the expansive swimming pool and the Indian Ocean. Large ceiling fans guarantee permanent ventilation in the living areas, while you laze on the terraces or verandahs or by the pool.

The pool will attract you for exercise and for maximum visual appeal and enjoyment, being designed to accommodate children in a linked and purpose built children’s pool. There is a huge living area within the main house with space to enjoy television, including satellite receiver to enjoy over 50 international news programs, sports and movie channels.

The Bedrooms

There are five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, all with their own fully equipped bathrooms, showers and toilets, wardrobes and private terraces with ocean views or under-cover garden areas.  They are furnished with billowing white fabrics and local, luxuriously woven materials.

In the main house, the upper floor consists of a king size bedroom, with its own wardrobes and fully equipped bathroom, consisting of a bath made for relaxing in scented waters, a shower and toilet. This room has its own private terrace of polished wood, with views over the ocean. There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor – with king size beds. These, too, have their own private walk in wardrobes and bathrooms and beautiful views into the gardens.

Then there are two fully equipped separate and private pavilions  set in the gardens. In each there is a king sized bed, wardrobe and, again, each has its own bathroom. One has an upper level terrace with views across the ocean and the other has its own private, covered verandah and discreet garden space.

Staff and Facilities

There is a well-equipped kitchen – with a resident cook able to provide western and Asian dishes.  You can consult with her – and –the other English speaking staff each morning, decide on your menu and meals will be served to your schedule.

If you are interested, you can even go to the local markets while the staff  select the best produce, purchased at local prices.

Staff are available around the clock and will take care of all your arrangements. They are a source of knowledge and will help you organise visits to attractions, shopping or other activities.

If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.

In cases there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

The Terms and Booking Conditions:

• A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
• Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
• The payment should be in US Dollars
• The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
• The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
• For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
  is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
  Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
  prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
  will be forfeited.
• Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
• Final payments are non-refundable.

Liability:

• Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
  liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
  charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur

Hidden behind a wall that shields villa guests from prying eyes without taking away from the beach views, the double-storey Villa LeGa is built around a central 12-meter swimming pool, complete with outdoors shower and various water features, which takes up most of the garden space. Master Bedrooms

There are two master bedrooms at Villa LeGa (bedroom 3 and bedroom 5), both positioned on the upper floor to maximise the view and the sounds of the sea. Bedroom 3 has a timber floor and a soaring roof. Furnished with a canopied king bed and boasting a dressing area and a sitting area with cane sofas and chairs, it is blessed with a wonderful vista of the Indian Ocean and coastline stretching from the Bukit Peninsula to Canggu. The ensuite semi open-air bathroom is fitted with a single washbasin, a walk-in monsoon shower, bathtub and toilet. There is also an open-air deck at the front of the bedroom – accessed via glass doors, or from the balcony that runs alongside –furnished with all-weather rattan sofas.

Bedroom 5 is a huge room with a timber floor and soaring roof. Furnished with a king bed and featuring a sitting area, it also offers magnificent views of the ocean. There is a narrow balcony at the front furnished with two chairs. There is also a spacious dressing area and an ensuite bathroom, which is similar to the bathroom adjoining bedroom 3, but with twin washbasins. The cream walls in the bedrooms are adorned with artwork and there are some interesting local artefacts. Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box, and flat-screen satellite-channel TV and DVD player.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the ground floor are each accessed via sliding glass doors from the pool deck. The rooms are mirror versions of one another, featuring marble floors, ensuite bathrooms and walk-in, well-lit dressing rooms. Each of these bedrooms is furnished with a king size bed draped in snowy netting, a desk and chair, bedside lamps and night tables. Each ensuite bathroom features a non-slip acid marble floor inset with patterns, twin glass washbowls, a walk-in monsoon shower, toilet, and large sunken bathtub with an open roof to one side to create an open air feel.

The slate walls, Palimanan stonework and pebbled surrounds present a multitude of textures. Bedroom 4 is positioned upstairs, and is furnished with a king bed under a soaring roof. It has a closed-in dressing area and views to the beach from a side window. The bathroom is smaller but nevertheless fitted with a standing monsoon shower over the bathtub. The cream walls in the bedrooms are adorned with artwork and there are some interesting local artefacts. Each room is equipped with a safe deposit box, and flat-screen satellite-channel TV and DVD player.

The generously-sized living and dining room has a marble floor and folding glass doors that open to the pool deck, offering guests the choice of air-conditioned comfort (with two, wall-mounted air-conditioners) or tropical open air living. The open-plan feature kitchen at Villa LeGa is conveniently positioned next to the dining area, linked by a marble-topped service bar. It is fully equipped with an imported oven, three-burner hob, a microwave, and designer appliances including a toaster and espresso/cappuccinomachine. There is also a large fridge and a good selection of utensils and quality tableware. This immaculate kitchen is where the staff will prepare hearty breakfasts, and is also for the use of the guests if required. All other meals are prepared by the staff in the main service kitchen at the back of the property.

Swimming pool & garden

Surrounded by a wall, the neat, flat garden is dominated by a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool with a timber deck on three sides, furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The deck is partially shaded by the overhanging roof of the house. Four ancient frangipani trees drop their fragrant blossoms and there is a stone carved mural of galloping horses along one wall. Food and Beverages

Villa LeGa offers a dining service with groceries charged at cost. There is a suggestion menu, and guests will need to provide some money in advance so that the staff can do the grocery shopping, with receipts provided for reference. The cook can prepare anything from snacks up to four-course dinners, or other requests as required. Western meals are available, but guests are also recommended to sample some of the local Balinese dishes for a cultural experience. The cook will strive to fulfill any special dietary requirements. All beverages are charged per drink, except for wine which is charged by the bottle.

Food and Beverage Charges

Food and beverage items are charged based on grocery cost system. Guests will need to provide some money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the receipts for your reference. Food items and beverage are charged at cost price. Large Dining Groups

While the villa has large food preparation areas, it is not a restaurant and cannot support each individual guest ordering different foods for same dining periods. If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or villa manager.

Spa Services

Guests at Villa LeGa can enjoy a Balinese massage (at extra cost) in the privacy of the villa or poolside within the garden. Traditional Balinese massage is a remedy that has been used by Balinese villagers for many generations to relieve muscular aches and pains and boost circulation after long days of toiling in the rice fields. Using a blend of flower oil and selected herbs, hands-on healing techniques are applied with a combination of skin rolling, gentle palm pressure, long kneading strokes, acupressure and reflexology. Massage treatments are provided by a professional outside spa therapist, and the staff are on hand to assist with appointments.

Location

Villa LeGa is located right next to the beach at Batubelig, a safe upmarket area close to Petitenget and Seminyak on Bali’s south-western coast. This is the most visited part of the island for both tourism and business purposes, and is home to some very classy properties.

Tucked away down a quiet sandy lane, the gates of the villa open to the sweeping beach, renowned for its panoramic views and world-class surf breaks, although the rip currents can make it a bit dangerous for swimming here. The sunsets are legendary and a delight to watch from the villa’s upper terrace, or from the rustic warung (eatery) beside the beach.

A wide choice of internationally-acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku De Ta, and La Lucciola are a 10-15 minute stroll along the beach, or alternatively just a short taxi ride away. Other fine dining options in the nearby Petitenget area include Métis, Sardine, Nutmegs at Hu’u, and Sarong. The trendy Seminyak area also boasts numerous designer boutiques, sumptuous spas, chic cocktail lounges and vibrant nightspots. Nearby places of interest include one of Bali’s most sacred Hindu temples, Pura Petitenget, the fourth largest temple in Bali, where some of the most spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed. The villa is also convenient for all of Bali’s main shops, malls and tourist attractions, and is only 40 minutes’ drive from the international airport, depending on the traffic.

The private “Villa Asih” (which translates to VILLA LOVE), is a very rare oasis in the middle of Legian, the heart of Kuta. You are only steps away from the famous Jalan Legian (Legian Road) with its hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars. The famous Legian and Kuta beach’s are only 900 meters away making the Villa Asih an absolute unique sparkling jewel in the middle of the pulsating life of Kuta.

The Villa Asih sets amidst a lush tropical garden with a beautiful pool, has 5 (+1) bedrooms, can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children. It is suitable for a single family or a group of travelers who not only wish to enjoy the total privacy of a luxury villa but also want the opportunity to experience the exuberant lifestyle of Kuta at any time, without the need to travel with bike or car.

Directly after the entrance is the villa’s office outfitted with a beautiful carved desk and cabinet, equipped with computer and printer. Free Internet access is also provided. Traditional paintings adorn the office walls combined with the pleasant view of the garden makes any kind of office work a pleasure.

Walking inside the premises you will first see the huge double garage (separate building) housing an exclusive restored open Toyota Land cruiser. This car can be rented on a daily basis for a small fee and is perfectly suited for exploring the beautiful island of Bali. Situated over the garage is one bedroom with a queen sized bed as well as a bathroom on the ground floor. This bedroom is complete with air conditioning.

To your right stretches the gorgeous tropical garden with a swimming pool and tea house in the rear. Lounge chairs beside the pool invite you to relax and take a sun bath. If the sun gets too hot, you can stroll to the tea house to sit in wonderful comfortable armchairs. There you can enjoy a cool drink and let your eyes wander over the water pond with its small waterfalls, giving you additional relaxation

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor you find yourself in an expansive 80m2 sized living/ dining area with marble flooring, beautiful designed wood ceilings, complimented with modern and comfortable furniture of highest quality. A selection of traditional original paintings from famous Balinese painters decorate the walls. A modern and fully equipped kitchen is attached outside the living area.

Also on the ground floor is one of two master bedrooms. This huge bedroom has an entrance from the living area as well a separate entrance from the pool. Another door is located at the rear with a view to the beautiful designed water pond. An A/C provides additional relief from the balmy warmth and humidity inside your Bali villa accommodation. The in-suite bathroom is equipped with a free standing marble bathtub and marble sink. The open 3-sided view from the bathroom to the pool and garden makes each use a special occasion.

Also on this floor is a smaller bedroom (bathroom a few meters distance) with a double bed, ideal for teens.

Walk up the magnificent handcrafted wooden staircase to the first floor. On the way up you can again see original paintings from Balinese painters. From the large hall upstairs you enter the expansive open-air living area. Catch the cooling east-west breezes while wide overhanging eaves ward off the tropical sun when relaxing to the sounds of a tropical evening sitting on real leather upholstered armchairs. The whole living area is surrounded by exclusive Balinese wood carvings. The 6m high wooden ceiling is equipped with hundreds of small lights which are dimmer controlled for you to set your own mood while you relax watching TV or DVD on the large LCD screen.

Leave the open living area and stroll back to the hall. From here you have access to the second master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Here, as well, you have a beautiful open roof with innumerable lights, giving you the feeling of sleeping under a wonderful starry sky. The attached in-suite bath room is built in old roman style completely covered with honey colored marble.

Two more bedrooms with queen sized beds complete the 1st floor of the villa. These two bedrooms share one common bathroom.

Villa Samuan Siki is a three bedroom villa, main living room, dining / relax area, lcd television, music media center, WiFi, fully equiped separate A.C. private kitchen, if you want to cook and separate guest toilet. The living room is connected to the luxury air conditioned master-bedroom, with a four poster bed, 32” lcd television with a seperated fully A.C. dressing- area, connected to the bathroom with a wooden bathtube, shower and toilet.

In the garden is a 12 meter long pool, iron wood deck with luxury sunbathing day beds, surrounded by coconut trees. The second and the third A.C. bedrooms of Villa Samuan Siki are connected with the Balé, a open living area at the end of the garden with a kitchenette. One bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom has two single beds with seperated bathroom en-suite. Villa Samuan Siki has a special separated A.C. wellness massage aera with a outdoor private court yard. The villa has his own therapist for daily treatments.
