Bedrooms

Villa Baladewa Empat presents three air – conditioned bedrooms, each with en – suite bathrooms, flat screen cable TV and DVD player, writing table and chair, wardrobe, and safe deposit box.

Room 1 is located near the living and dining area, equipped with sliding glass door, marble flooring, and a nicely carved traditional Balinese bed and a “Slumberland” queen size bed, which is could be adjusted as a day lounge.

The en – suite bathroom (without bathtub) features a marble flooring and wall, hot and cold shower, washbasin, and toilet. It is also completed with a hairdryer, bathrobes, and a set of Villa Baladewa Empat signatures amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, insect repellent, sun block lotion, natural hand soap, and slippers).

The other two storey bedrooms, Room 2 on the first floor and Room 3 on the second floor, are located near the swimming pool, equipped with teak wood flooring, four – poster “King Koil” king size bed and mosquito net. Both Room 2 and Room 3 features en – suite bathroom with large bathtub, hot and cold shower, washbasin, and toilet.

It is also completed with a hairdryer, bathrobes, and a set of Villa Baladewa Empat signatures amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, insect repellent, sun block lotion, natural hand soap and slippers).

Living and dining area

Our living area furnished with a sofa lounge, flat screen cable TV, DVD player and sound system, and a mini library with selection of books and in – house DVD movies.

Our dining area completed with a large dining table seats up to 8 persons. It is conveniently placed overlooking the swimming pool, rice terrace and on the side of outdoor water display garden.

Kitchen

Our fully – equipped kitchen will easily cater selection of dishes, starting from the standard american breakfast, lunch, dinner, and up to special request dining.

Villa Staff

Villa Manager. Meets and greets guest on arrival, leads the staffing team to meets and exceeds the guest’s expectation and to ensure the smooth runs of the villa operation.
Cook. Prepares breakfast, selection of menus, special dining request and maintains cleanliness of kitchen and public areas.
Housekeeping Staff. Cleans bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining area, public area and groceries assistance for the guest.

For cooking need, the villa has an open and fully set kitchen at the end of the living area, with a staff/storage room at its corner.

The staff can help with preparing breakfast at no charge aside from the grocery cost but tipping is suggested. A gardener, a pool attendant and a housekeeper are maintaining the villa on regular basis.

Each bedroom is set-up with four-poster double bed with fabric drape to enhance romantic ambience of the bedroom. All the three bedrooms have similar set-up and look, although the master bedroom is slightly larger than other bedrooms. The villa blends traditional Balinese architecture with a contemporary style and comprises three self-contained bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms . Villa Gita is a stunning brand-new three bedroom ocean-front villa in Candidasa, Bali with spectacular views of the Lombok Strait. Villa Gita is positioned about a hundred metres in from the main road, and is accessed via a private driveway protecting the calm serenity of the location. Villa Gita has its own secure entrance with a parking area large enough for two vehicles. It is currently under the management of Kalyana Bay Villas, Manggis.

Villa Gita is located on Jl.Raya Candidasa in the heart of the delightful seaside village of Candidasa. It is just over an hour´s drive from Bali International Airport when traffic conditions are good, 15 minutes from the ferry port at Padang Bai, half an hour from the Taman Safari Park, and about 40 minutes from Ubud.

The contemporary-styled villa comprises three single-storey buildings at ground level. The architecture combines contemporary elements with traditional Balinese features. The villa, with open plan living/dining areas is characterized by an abundance of space and light, elegance and graceful simplicity. The master suite, Abhimanyu, located in the center of the villa and opens out to the living/dining area through an elegant walkway edged with lotus and melati ponds that are also home to sparkling goldfish. The suite to the right (facing the ocean) is the Arjuna Suite and to the left is the Draupadi Suite. The Arjuna and Draupadi suites have porticos that afford lovely views of the ocean and are ideal for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

All three bedroom suites are spacious, well-lit, fully air-conditioned, with king-sized beds. They are furnished with an armchair, elegant side tables, and table lamps. Each bedroom suite is equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available (at a charge) throughout the villa. The Master Suite Abhimanyu is also equipped with cable TV and comes with an additional desk and chair. All bedrooms have gleaming timber floors, and are equipped with safe deposit boxes. Rollaway beds are also available on request. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are available on-site. All suites are tastefully furnished with subtle and elegant artwork.

Each suite has a dressing area with a walk in wardrobe with ample storage space and drawers. Sliding glass doors in each bedroom provide direct access to the living/dining area, which is positioned centrally between the three suites. All the en-suite bathrooms are fashioned in cream palimanan stone and beige marble with oversize terrazzo bathtubs and well-lit double vanity units complete with wall mirrors and twin washbasins. Toilets and raindrop showers are positioned in separate cubicles. Every bathroom has luxury toiletries from Spafactory and Sensatia.

Villa Gita is situated in the heart of the seaside village of Candidasa with access through a private driveway off the main road of Jl. Raya Candidasa. This beautiful area is set well away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream tourism in the island’s magnificent eastern regency of Karangasem. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the villa. Prestigious neighbours include two of the best resorts in Bali, Amankila and Alila Manggis.

Villa Gita is just over an hour´s drive from Bali´s International Airport when traffic conditions are good, 15 minutes from the ferry port at Padang Bai, half an hour from the Taman Safari Park, and about 40 minutes from Ubud.

Directions: From Ngurah Rai international airport, Denpasar, take the Ngurah Rai bypass highway towards Padangbai, Candi Dasa and Amlapura. Villa Gita is in the center of Candi Dasa just off the highway. After you enter Candi Dasa, you will pass restaurants and shops on both sides of the highway and you will see a large lotus pond on your right. Continue on the highway for 200 meters past the lotus pond and take the very first right turn off the highway after the lotus pond. You will see a road sign for Villa Gita at the turnoff. Immediately after taking the right turn, turn right again into a gate which has board saying “Orion Bay Villas”. Villa Gita is the villa directly in front of you.

Three Bedroom Villa

The main living environment is open to the elements and directly faces the swimming pool. A six-seat dining table and fully equipped kitchen fits neatly into this space. All necessary utensils and tableware are provided for the use of guests choosing to dine in. A cooked Villa Jayana breakfast is served on a daily basis and a professional chef is available on request for all other dining requirements.

The three bedrooms are all very similar in terms of size and a décor. Each is orientated towards the pool and features an earthy décor to soothe the senses.
