Rumi Villas has four 2 bedroom luxury pool villas Villa Mimpi, Villa Nyaman, Villa Tunjung and Villa Yuyu, a 3 bedroom Villa Jepun and the 4 bedroom Villa Rumi. The 2 bedroom villas are identical and can be connected to create a 4 bedroom villa for multi families.

Villa Rumi (4 bedroom)

Rumi Villas is the name of our group of Balinese rental villas. The villa named Rumi is our four bedroom villa. Our two bedroom villas can be connected to provide a four bedroom suite as well.

The villa’s three pavilions overlook a lush, tropical garden which includes a 12m x 5m pool, tiled with unpolished green/blue Bali stone reflecting the natural tones of the cream palimanan stone and white pebble surrounds. A traditional “bale” is nestled by the pool, providing a shady, open-sided area for relaxation.

Villa Rumi’s spacious open-living/dining pavilion is well situated to catch the cool cross breezes that are a feature of the area. The earthy, natural tones of the décor foster the sensation of peace and serenity.

The villa is fully staffed with a housekeeper/maid, cook, gardener, pool service and 2 security guards.

Villa Jepun (fragipani) is located in the trendy upmarket area of Seminyak / Oberoi close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. Villa Jepun’s atmosphere of luxury and privacy offers guests the ultimate in a Bali villa experience.

Our 2 bedroom bali villas in are identical and side by side. Two villas can be connected to offer family and friends more room as well as more privacy. Located near the town of Seminyak and close to the beach there is no need to travel far to enjoy your Balinese holiday.

The interconnected 2 x 2 Bedroom Villa option is great for friends and family who want to share the villa experience together, but with the added flexibility of a little more privacy when required.
Villa Tunjung (lotus flower) and Villa Yuyu (crab) are identical 2 bedroom pool villas. They can be rented as a stand alone 2 bedroom villa or an interconnected 4 bedroom villa via a large interconnecting door in the wall between the villas.

The interconnected 2 x 2 Bedroom Villa option is great for friends and family who want to share the villa experience together, but with the added flexibility of a little more privacy when required.

The large 3 metre interconnecting door can be easily opened or closed when required.

Each villa overlooks a lush, tropical garden which includes a 6m x 4m pool, tiled with unpolished green/blue Bali stone reflecting the natural tones of the cream palimanan stone and white pebble surrounds. Enjoy the sunset overlooking rice paddies and other luxury seminyak villas from the 1st floor garden terrace.

*Depending on occupancy, a minimum stay of 7 nights may be imposed during PEAK and HIGH seasons

Guests can pay in US$, INR, Euros etc at the prevailing AUD / Currency exchange rate at the time of payment.
Late Check Out: We are unable to offer late Check Outs to our guests, unless pre-arranged at the time of the booking. Many flights leave Bali very late at night, so a late check out is recommended in these circumstances.

The following late Check Out charges apply:

• Up to 6pm 50% of Villa Charge
• After 6pm a full day will be charged
