THE HALCYON VILLAS

Halcyon Villas at Jimbaran Bay are 12 beautifully appointed homes in a secure private estate close to the beach and the Four Seasons Resort in the south of Jimbaran Bay. There are two types of villa available each set in its own private, lush tropical garden; Villa Type 1 and Villa Type 2.

Villa Type 1 ( Deluxe Villa )

331.7 m2 of built up area on plots ranging from 564 to 656 m2. Built in traditional style, with beautiful finishes, these villas offer total privacy and exclusivity with a combination of outdoor living around a 43 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms.

Villa Type 2 ( Master Villa )

363.4 m2 of built up area on 5 plots of 626 m2 and one plot of 689 m2. Built in traditional style, with beautiful finishes, this villa offers total privacy and exclusivity with a combination of outdoor living around a 49 m2 swimming pool and air conditioned comfort in all bedrooms. Aside from the larger plots, this villa also has a 25 m2 second floor living area with views out over the harbour and the ocean beyond.

The estate will have a private members club with a place to socialize outside of the privacy of your luxury villa. Golf buggies will be available onsite to ferry guests to the beach at the bottom of the hill.
