Covering 4.600 sqm of manicured land, Villa Teresa comes as an absolute beachfront property with infinity-edge of riverbank, consisting of 1 unit of three-bedrooms and 1 unit of two-bedrooms that can be adjoined as five-bedroom villa. A beautiful pergola is used to create a garden walkway and support the growth of climbing ivy plants in a open roof garden structure. The villa makes it ideal retreat to comfortably accommodate large group or family, besides it is a stunning venue for conducting your very special events that can accommodate up to 100 invitations. The entire five-bedroom villa comprises living room & cognac room, yoga room, massage beds, two swimming pools, and a riverside pathway that will leads the guests staying at the two-bedroom villa to the beach.
3 Bedrooms Villa
The 3-bedroom villa is set on 3,000 sqm of beachfront-land. When you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the beautiful fish pond and spacious contemporary fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is linking up to the two-storey main building comprising an open dining room with 10 seats and an open lounge overlooking the garden and a large private pool has size 5 X 15 meters. From the dining area there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-conditioned lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony overlooking the garden, swimming pool, riverside, and the ocean where you can watch the most enchanting sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by the glass floor-to-ceiling windows give anyone a chance to adore the spectacular ocean view.
2 Bedrooms Villa
The 2-bedroom villa is covering 1.600 sqm of manicured land. The villa consists of 2 Balinese thatced roof buildings. The main building is a two-storey structure with large, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining room overlooking the pool, tropical gardens, beach, and river setting. The lap swimming pool has size 4 X 12 meters placed in between the two buildings. The master bedroom is positioned in the separate first-story building coming with its private balcony. The Twin Bedroom is on the second-floor of the main building. Attached to the Twin Bedroom upstairs is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and ocean. In essence, the 2-bedroom villa doesn’t possess any complicated ornaments or curvers, instead the lines are clear and the colors are earthy.

Nestled in between Canggu surfing beach, stunning riverbank and coconut trees, Villa Teresa is accessible within 45 minutes driving from Bali’s International Airport.
The villa is within 10 minutes driving to the International Nirwana Bali Golf Club, and 15 minutes driving to Seminyak shopping area. The International Surfing Club and Echo Beach restaurant at Canggu is within 12 minutes walking and only 7 minutes driving to get the Canggu Club House.

Villa Terms – Conditions:
- The rates are per night per villa.
- All payment must be made in US Dollars
- Additional beds and roll-away beds can be arranged for additional charge of USD 35 net per person per night.
- During the Peak season periods is required to book entire villas bedrooms.
Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights, High Season : 7 nights, Peak Season : 10 nights
Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 persons and entire bedrooms is ideal and comfort to accommodate 10 persons. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to villa management otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
Check-in / Check-out time:
Check-in time : 14:00
Check-out time : 12:00
In cases there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
The Terms and Booking Conditions:
- A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
- Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking might not materialized.
- The payment should be in US Dollars
- The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
- The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
- For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation
is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New
Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days
prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit
will be forfeited. - Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
- Final payments are non-refundable.
Liability:
- Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
